My approach is mainly focused on
stretching in order to increase the overall flexibility
and freedom of the body
and on positioning in order to improve bad posture.
Moreover, I incorporate breathing techniques into the movements themselves in order to facilitate the even flow of energy throughout the body, relieving any pressure on the movement and giving more confidence and more charisma, while working on the physical aspect (through slow and progressive exercises I work the body out to increase tone and flexibility).
I use dance to correct and open the body. In this way, I work with or modify the individual expression of a person’s body.
My classes are based on
breathing techniques, stability, rhythm, the body’s position in space and the voice.
This has evolved out of techniques
used in classical dance, “barre au sol”, jazz, urban dances, and tango.
I have also taken inspiration from various other disciplines,
like yoga (Vinyâsa-yoga), the Pilates system, and the Elaine Petrone method.

positioning – stretching – breathing – awareness of movement.
The course develops in relation to the students, from the positioning and breathing exercises to
the choreography of the body’s movement, while gently but firmly redeveloping the muscles in a profound and lasting way.
